為了進一步證實質保25年的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠產品的性能優勢，選取國內市場上常見的幾種硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠，采用同樣的方法在鄭州地區自然老化場地同期進行質保25年的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠與質保10年的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的性能對比研究(表4)。首先對選取的不同品牌硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠進行編號，依次為1", 2",3#\4#。其中，1“為深圳工程中使用的具有25年質量保證的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠;2u\3#為來自不同廠家的國產普通硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠;4"為美國進口硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠。試驗持續30個月，歷次睦育即J岸吉果見表5和圖b0試驗結果表明，1“質保25年的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠試樣，經30個月的曝曬和自然老化試驗后，拉伸粘結強度無明顯變化;斷裂伸長率僅在老化初期因深層固化略有上升，之后亦基本穩定。該密封膠經多次自然老化試驗證明具有較優的耐久穩定性能。2"試樣拉伸粘結強度在老化初期(前3個月)有明顯增大(從1.34 MPa增至1.63 MPa)，之后逐漸下降到初始值附近波動(1.291.42 MPa);但其斷裂伸長率降低非常明顯，初始斷裂伸長率為15400，到12個月后急劇下降至91 0}o106%，降低了近50% 0 3}試樣拉伸粘結強度和斷裂伸長率均有明顯降低，拉伸粘結強度從初始的0.96MPa降低到30個月時的0.62 MPa;初始斷裂伸長率為229%，僅3個月就急劇下降至74%，之后緩慢降低到30個月時的32%，已失去彈性、變硬變脆。4“試樣，拉伸粘結強度在老化初期(前3個月)有明顯增大(從1.05 MPa增至1.37 MPa)，之后呈緩慢降低趨勢，到30個月時降至0.86 MPa;初始斷裂伸長率282% ,僅3個月就急劇下降至160%，之后又緩慢降至30個月時的136%，相比初始斷裂伸長率降低了近1500l0。http://www.ruilingxiang.cn/
