試驗計劃開展50年，從MS密封膠試樣開始放置日期(2013年2月1日)開始，每年取樣至少2次，直至50年。每次取回的MS密封膠試樣在標準條件下靜置(24士4) h后，進行力學性能測試。
不同品牌MS密封膠產品的自然老化性能對比研究(質保25年的MS密封膠與質保10年的MS密封膠的性能對比研究)，采用同樣的方法在鄭州地區自然老化場地同期進行。
參照標準JG/T 475-2015或ETAG 002中的規定進行拉伸粘結性能測試。試驗溫度:(23士2)℃，拉伸速度:5 mm/minx。
從2013年2月起，持續3年對深圳某工程使用的質保25年MS密封膠的自然老化情況進行跟蹤檢測，每年取樣2次，性能測試結果見表1和圖3。
分析表1和圖3可以發現，質保25年的MS密封膠初始拉伸粘結強度為1.10 MPa，在36個月的持續曝曬和自然老化試驗過程中，拉伸粘結強度一直保持在0.961.14 MPa之間上下浮動，相對標準偏差僅6.7 %，即拉伸粘結強度基本保持不變;初始斷裂伸長率為265%，老化初期該值略有增加(老化初期結構膠發生深層固化),5個月時增加到450%，之后一直保持在378%一413%之間上下浮動，相對標準偏差僅6.5%，基本保持穩定。可見，經過3年的自然老化后，該項工程使用的質保25年MS密封膠力學性能基本保持穩定，具有優異的耐久性。http://www.ruilingxiang.cn
