以DIDP、苯甲酸醋、丁一50為增塑劑的丁基防水嵌縫膠拉伸剪切強(qiáng)度相差不大，均為內(nèi)聚破壞。以聚醚多元醇為增塑劑的丁基防水嵌縫膠拉伸剪切強(qiáng)度較低，有10%左右界面破壞。由于丁基防水嵌縫膠中的烷氧基與被粘接表面的極性基團(tuán)(如輕基)發(fā)生反應(yīng)，提高了粘接強(qiáng)度，而聚醚多元醇的加入消耗掉部分預(yù)聚物中的烷氧基，所以粘接效果有所下降。

相容性試驗證明，增塑劑DIDP,聚醚二元醇、聚醚三元醇、苯甲酸醋、丁一50與硅烷改性預(yù)聚物相容性均良好。其中聚醚多元醇屬于非溶劑型增塑劑，即輔助增塑劑;DIDP、苯甲酸醋、丁一50則是溶劑型增塑劑，即主增塑劑。

多元醇增塑劑與DIDP、苯甲酸醋、丁一50增塑劑相比，表干時間較長，但固化速度較快，7d固化可達(dá)9mm以上。

含聚醚多元醇增塑劑的體系與含DIDP、苯甲酸醋、下一50增塑劑的體系相比，具有更好的力學(xué)性能，但由于聚醚多元醇消耗了預(yù)聚物中的烷氧基，使粘接性摘要隨著國家對住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化的大力推進(jìn)，作為住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化主要實現(xiàn)方式之一，裝配式建筑將迎來新一輪的快速增長，而建造裝配式建筑產(chǎn)生的大量接縫，需要采用合適的密封材料來進(jìn)行防水密封，硅烷改性丁基防水嵌縫膠相對傳統(tǒng)的密封材抖，具有對預(yù)制混凝土(PCa)板、水泥纖維板、鋁板等多種建筑材抖的良好拈接性、低污染性、優(yōu)良的襯候性、表面可涂性以及環(huán)保性，作為裝配式建筑接縫的密封防水材料是更合適的選擇。能有所下降。http://www.ruilingxiang.cn/
