將硅烷改性預(yù)聚物分別與。舊戶、聚醚二元醇、聚醚三元醇、苯甲酸醋丁基防水嵌縫膠增塑劑、丁一50共混后靜置7d，均未出現(xiàn)分層或混濁現(xiàn)象。再將硅烷改性聚醚丁基防水嵌縫膠預(yù)聚物加入催化劑，常溫固化后將固化物分別浸入上述5種丁基防水嵌縫膠增塑劑中7d，對比浸泡前后質(zhì)量變化，并計算質(zhì)量變化率，見表1。

實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)，浸在苯甲酸醋丁基防水嵌縫膠增塑劑中的固化物有較為明顯的溶脹，表面有發(fā)粘現(xiàn)象，質(zhì)量變化率最大;在。舊戶和丁一50中浸泡后也有輕微溶脹，質(zhì)量變化率也較大。聚醚多元醇與固化后的預(yù)聚物相容性最差，但由于多元醇的羚基可與預(yù)聚物的烷氧基發(fā)生反應(yīng)從而質(zhì)量稍有上升。

由于在結(jié)晶區(qū)聚合物鏈之間的自由空間很小，丁基防水嵌縫膠增塑劑的分子插入結(jié)晶區(qū)域要比插入無定形區(qū)域困難得多，所以，聚醚多元醇的分子僅能插入部分結(jié)晶的無定形區(qū)域，屬于非溶劑型丁基防水嵌縫膠增塑劑，即輔助丁基防水嵌縫膠增塑劑。DIDP、苯甲酸醋丁基防水嵌縫膠增塑劑、丁一50可同時插入無定形區(qū)和結(jié)晶區(qū)，是溶劑型丁基防水嵌縫膠增塑劑，即主丁基防水嵌縫膠增塑劑。

丁基防水嵌縫膠增塑劑對固化性能的影響

在丁基防水嵌縫膠固化過程中，水分由內(nèi)向外的擴(kuò)散速度對丁基防水嵌縫膠的固化深度有直接的影響，而擴(kuò)散速度又受高分子內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。本實(shí)驗(yàn)對DIDP,聚醚二元醇、聚醚三元醇、苯甲酸醋丁基防水嵌縫膠增塑劑、丁一50對表干時間的影響進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)對比，結(jié)果見圖。

由圖1可見，在加入比例相同的情況下，加入DIDP、苯甲酸醋、丁一50 3種丁基防水嵌縫膠增塑劑的配方表干時間相差不大，約10 min;加入聚醚二元醇的配方表干時間為18min，而加聚醚三元醇配方表干時間最長達(dá)24 min。主要是由于聚醚多元醇的經(jīng)基會消耗掉預(yù)聚物中的烷氧基，從而造成表干時間變長。http://www.ruilingxiang.cn/
