擴(kuò)鏈劑用量對阻燃有機(jī)硅聚氨酯密封膠拉伸性能的提升匯總見圖1，最大拉伸強(qiáng)度和斷裂伸長率均采用啞鈴狀試件。可以發(fā)現(xiàn)，隨著擴(kuò)鏈劑用量的增加，阻燃有機(jī)硅聚氨酯密封膠的斷裂伸長率得到顯著提升;尤其是擴(kuò)鏈劑用量在1.4份時(shí)，阻燃有機(jī)硅聚氨酯密封膠的斷裂伸長率由261%增加到404%;此后，繼續(xù)增加擴(kuò)鏈劑的用量，阻燃有機(jī)硅聚氨酯密封膠的斷裂伸長率趨于穩(wěn)定。在聚氨酯密封膠配方中添加適量擴(kuò)鏈劑后，由于二官能團(tuán)的擴(kuò)鏈劑替代部分三官能團(tuán)的交聯(lián)劑與107硅橡膠中的輕基反應(yīng)，使得膠體的硬度下降，但斷裂伸長率提升，且膠體的最大拉伸強(qiáng)度始終維持在2.38 M Pa。通過引人擴(kuò)鏈劑，可以提高剛性阻燃有機(jī)硅聚氨酯密封膠的斷裂伸長率，且不影響其拉伸強(qiáng)度。http://www.ruilingxiang.cn/
